MyStory Subscription Disclosure

This is the at-checkout disclosure language presented to subscribers before they confirm purchase. The text is written in plain language. It must be displayed clearly and conspicuously at the point of sale, with all material terms visible without scrolling on a typical desktop and mobile viewport.

1. What you are buying today

You are subscribing to MyStory by Crest Advisory Group LLC.

Today's charge. $99 one-time setup fee, charged immediately to your selected payment method.

Your plan.

Your free trial. Your selected monthly or annual subscription begins after a 30-day free trial. The first recurring charge is on [DATE = today + 30 days]. The $99 setup fee is not part of the free trial.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings at MyStory. Cancellation stops future charges. We will email you a cancellation confirmation.

2. Plain-language summary box

Place the following summary in a visually distinct box immediately above the "Confirm and Pay" button:

> TODAY: $99 setup, charged now. > AFTER 30 DAYS: Your selected plan begins. Monthly: $19 or $29 per month, billed monthly. Annual: $179.04 or $273.24 per year, billed annually. > AUTO-RENEW: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. > CANCEL ANYTIME: in your account settings. No phone call required.

By clicking "Confirm and Pay," you agree to these subscription terms, the MyStory Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and (if you enable voice features) the Persona Consent Addendum.

3. Cancellation rights

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation:

We will email you a cancellation confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours of your cancellation request, including the cancellation date, the date access ends, and a reactivation link.

4. Pause vs. Cancel, what's the difference?

You have two options when you need a break:

| | Pause | Cancel | |---|---|---| | Length | Up to 90 days | Effective at end of current paid period | | Charges during the period | None | None for future periods | | Persona | Dormant | Dormant | | Family chat | Disabled | Disabled | | Author Content | Retained, viewable by you | Retained, viewable by you | | Sealed letters | Continue to deliver on scheduled dates | Continue to deliver on scheduled dates | | Reactivation | One click in account settings | Re-subscribe at the then-current price | | Data deletion | None unless you request | Data retained 90 days after end of period; deleted thereafter unless you re-subscribe or request retention |

If you do not re-subscribe within 90 days of your cancellation effective date, MyStory deletes Author Content, Persona, voice clone, conversation history, and sealed letters per the Privacy Policy retention schedule. We will email you a 7-day deletion warning before any deletion occurs, with a one-click "preserve my book" link that retains your data while you decide.

5. Refund policy

$99 setup fee. Refundable in full within thirty (30) days of initial purchase. To request a refund, email billing@crestadvisorygroup.com from your account email.

Monthly subscription fees. Non-refundable for the current period. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not pro-rate.

Annual subscription fees. Annual prepay is non-refundable. If you cancel during an annual term, your subscription stops auto-renewing at the end of the term, but unused months are not refunded. You may downgrade from annual to monthly at next renewal.

Exceptional refunds. Crest may, at its sole discretion, issue good-faith refunds outside this policy in cases such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or extraordinary personal circumstances.

6. Payment method failure

If your payment method fails on a renewal date, here's what happens:

  1. Day 0: First charge attempt fails. We email you with a payment-update link.
  2. Day 3: Second retry attempt. If it fails, second email.
  3. Day 7: Third and final retry attempt. If it fails, we begin the grace period.
  4. Days 7 to 21: 14-day grace period. Service is partially limited (you can read existing content; new captures and Persona conversations are paused). Daily reminder emails are sent.
  5. Day 21: If payment is still not resolved, the account becomes dormant. Author Content is retained per the Privacy Policy. The Persona is paused. Sealed letters continue to deliver on schedule.
  6. Day 21 to Day 21 + 90: Reactivate by updating your payment method. The account resumes immediately.
  7. Beyond Day 21 + 90: The account moves to the inactivity track per the Inactivity Protocol.

7. Trial expiration notice

We will email you at the following moments to ensure you can decide whether to continue:

You may cancel at any time during the trial. No charge will occur for the recurring subscription portion if you cancel before Day 30. The $99 setup fee is separate; for setup-fee refunds, see Section 5.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices on at least thirty (30) days' email notice. Any price change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new price takes effect to avoid the change.
